On-Site Training

At the time of installation and set-up of your new reprocessor, Medivators Field Service Engineers are available to provide initial training to ensure familiarity with equipment operation.

This training is followed by on-site, comprehensive training for all your staff members who require endoscope reprocessing competency, provided by highly-qualified Clinical Support Specialists. Our Clinical Specialists have more than 80 years of experience in health care management, from infection control to critical care, operating room, and of course, endoscopy. The training is offered for all DSD model endoscope reprocessors and is available on request for CER endoscope reprocessors. Training is coordinated to fit with your time constraints and staff availability, and the content is customized to address the specific needs of your personnel.
