Should your Medivators counter-top endoscope disinfector (CER, MV or CLM models) require repair, the technical and customer-oriented resources available through Medivators in-house Service Depot are unparalleled. Your repair is backed by a 90 day warranty – downtime at your facility is minimized though our convenient loaner program. All service is performed by factory-trained and authorized Medivators repair technicians. Since Medivators is the original equipment manufacturer, all service parts are the same as those installed in new Medivators endoscope reprocessors and meet the same stringent inspection and quality standards.

Depot Service repair includes:

• A loaner reprocessor for the duration of repair, shipped overnight1 to your facility
