All new Cantel equipment is covered under our standard warranty. For service coverage beyond this period, consider one of our flexible service options designed to fit your individual needs.

Annual Preventative Maintenance Plans
Our Preventative Maintenance Plans provide your facility with the regular maintenance necessary in keeping your equipment in top working order.

Endoscopy Silver Service Agreement
Our Silver Service Agreements provide your facility with the piece of mind of knowing your equipment will be taken care of, should anything happen.

  • New warranty coverage on your unit for the duration of the agreement.
  • Responsive on-site remedial services preformed by a qualified Field Service Engineer, including labor, travel and parts
  • In-depth telephone technical support available for the length of the agreement.

Endoscopy Gold Service Agreement

Our Gold Service Agreements combine the professional service you expect with the maintenance your equipment deserves to stay functioning at top manufacturer performance.

  • New warranty coverage on your unit for the duration of the agreement
  • Responsive on-site remedial services performed by a qualified Field Service Engineer, inducing labor, travel and parts
  • Annual Preventative Maintenance, including inspection and replacement of all components required to restore to manufacturer specifications
  • Annual operator training provided by an experienced Clinical Support Specialist
  • Telephone technical support available at no additional charge
  • Gold Service Agreements are available on the following equipment only:

Endoscopy Platinum Service Agreement
Our Platinum Service Agreements offer the most comprehensive service coverage and support available to give you the peace of mind that your equipment will receive fast, reliable service and maintenance to ensure it is performing at top manufacturer quality.

  • New warranty coverage on your unit for the duration of the agreement.
  • Responsive on-site remedial services performed by a qualified Field Service Engineer, including all labor, travel and parts.
  • Annual Preventative Maintenance, including inspection and replacement of all components required to restore your unit to manufacturer specifications
  • Annual operator training provided by an experienced Clinical Support Specialist, scheduled to accommodate your facility timelines and staff availability
  • Yearly supply of all customer-replaceable filters for the duration of the agreement
  • Telephone technical support available at no additional charge
